Thank you for choosing to use Honnmono's equipment rental service. After you complete your payment, please carefully read and comply with the following usage rules:

1. Equipment Rental Period: Your rental period is five days and four nights.

2. Delivery Arrangements: Honnmono will arrange delivery (SF Express) to the SF Express pick-up point or smart locker within 2 days after collecting the deposit. Due to previous instances of items being lost because no one was available to receive them, and because the DC is of high value, we will send all items to the station or smart locker to ensure safety.

3. Return Process: Customers can choose to return the adapter in person at a designated location in Zhuhai (reservation via WhatsApp is required). Customers can also choose to return via mail, with the return to Honnmono's office on the same day being considered as the end of the rental period.

4. Inspection and Deposit Refund: After receiving the adapter, Honnmono will inspect it to confirm there is no damage. Once confirmed, the deposit will be refunded via FPS or bank transfer within 5 working days.

5. Penalty Regulations

5.1 Late Return: If a customer fails to return the adapter at the designated time and location, a daily additional fee of HK$200 will be charged. If the adapter is returned after 9:00 PM or not returned at the designated location in Zhuhai, it will be deemed a late return (daily additional fee of HK$200).

5.2 Late Return Penalty: If a customer fails to return the DC adapter within the rental period, a late return penalty of HK$200 per day will be charged. The penalty will start from the first day after the rental period ends until the adapter is returned or reaches the 7th day.

5.3 5 Days Late Treated as Purchase: If a customer has not returned the adapter within 5 days after the rental period ends and has not provided any notification, it will be considered that the customer has purchased the adapter. In this case, the customer will be charged the full retail price of the adapter HK$7588, and the deposit will not be refunded, resulting in a total charge of the full deposit HK$5000 plus the retail price HK$7588. In this situation, we reserve the right to take legal action, and the customer will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

5.4 Handling Without Notification: If a customer fails to return the adapter at the end of the rental period without providing any notification, we will immediately suspend the customer’s rental service and start calculating penalties from the first day of delay.

6. Special Circumstances Handling: In cases of force majeure such as severe weather or traffic accidents, if the equipment cannot be returned on time, please contact customer service on the day of the incident and provide relevant proof. Upon confirmation from customer service, late fees may be waived.

7. Final Interpretation Rights: The final interpretation rights of this equipment rental notice belong to Honnmono. In case of any disputes, Honnmono reserves the final decision-making power. Please reply "agree" after completing your payment to indicate that you have read and agree to comply with the above usage rules.
