Honnmono Electric Car Quick Charging Adapter Rental Service
1.
Existing individual customers of 1O1O service plan ("Customer") must call or WhatsApp 1O1O Personal Assistant to redeem the offer and receive the designated promotional code within the promotional period. Customers must use the designated promotional code to arrange the Honnmono Electric Car Quick Charging Adapter 3-day 2-night rental service ("Honnmono Adapter") with the Honnmono customer service team ("Honnmono"). Customers must complete the rental procedures with Honnmono 3 days before the usage date of the Honnmono adapter to avoid overdue penalties.
The designated promotional code only covers the rental fee for the Honnmono Electric Car Quick Charging Adapter 3-day 2-night service and does not include any additional services and penalties, the specific charges are as follows:

Note: Honnmono will refund the deposit to the customer within 5 working days after the return of the electric car quick charging adapter. Honnmono may also deduct all additional charges from the rental deposit or deduct any losses or damages caused to Honnmono due to tenant violations from the rental deposit. If the amount of additional charges exceeds the deposit (such as overdue return penalties, repair costs, and lost electric car quick charging adapters), the customer must pay Honnmono the relevant fees.

After the customer receives the designated promotional code, they must visit Honnmono office in person or contact Honnmono via WhatsApp to proceed with the Honnmono adapter arrangements.

Honnmono DC Adapter Rental Process (Example rental period: Sept 3 - Sept 5):
a) Application and ConfirmationOn or before Aug 31 (minimum 3 working days before use):
• Complete rental procedure and deposit payment before 11:00 AM
• Late payments will be processed on the next working dayOn confirmation day:
• 12:00 PM - Honnmono confirms deposit receipt
• Before 5:00 P -Honnmono arranges Honnmono Adapter shipment via SF Express
• 1010 customers enjoy early Honnmono adapter collection privilege
• SF Express tracking number provided after shipment
b) Delivery Arrangements:• Expected delivery around 12:00 PM next working day to designated SF Express Station or Smart Locker• If customers choose to pick up the Honnmono adapter in person, they can collect the adapter one daybefore the rental period (rental period: sept 3 to Sept 5• If Honnmono adapter is received at the SF Express Station or Smart Locker,the renta period will be calculated from the day after the package arrives (rental period: Sept 3 to Sept 5).• In case of courier delays, customers are advised to contact SF Express directly for inquiries.• Special notes:
Honnmono does not accept any delivery locations other than SF Express Stations or Smart Lockers. lfthe customer strongly requests delivery to a specified location and it results in delivery failure or delays,the related costs and additional penalties must be borne by the customer.Furthermore, if the customer fails to collect the package on time at the SF Express Station, Smart Locker,or designated location, the customer must contact SF Express to arrange for redelivery or bear anyadditional costs incurred. All extra costs must be covered by the customer.
c) Return Methods: 1. In-person Return:• Return to Shek Mun office during business hours on the next working day after rental period• Example: For rental ending Sept 5, return by Sept 6 during office hours• Late returns incur HK$200 daily surcharge2. SF Express Return:• Must be sent on the final day of rental period (Sept 5)• Keep shipping receipt as proof• Failure to ship on final rental day incurs HK$200 daily surcharge

Customer can choose to collect or return the Honnmono Electric Vehicle Fast Charger Adapter either in person at the Honnmono Shek Mun office or via SF Express. The adapter must be returned according to the agreed method with Honnmono, or additional penalties may apply. Honnmono will cover the initial transport fee for delivery via SF Express “SF Drop & Pick Freight Collect”.

In the event of severe weather, traffic accidents, or other force majeure events that render a customer unable to return equipment on time, that customer should contact Honnmono on the day of the incident and provide relevant proof. Late return penalties may be waived after confirmation from Honnmono.

Honnmono Electric Vehicle Fast Charger Adapter Rental Service is subject to Terms & Conditions available at https://www.honnmono.shop/adapter-rental.

CSL Mobile Limited makes no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Offer. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel this offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited shall be final and binding.
