Usage Process

1. Insert the fast charging adapter completely into the electric vehicle charging port, ensuring to secure the latch. (Note: If you have never used this brand of charging station before, please scan the QR code on the charging station to register and recharge your account.)

2. Insert the charging gun into the fast charging adapter, ensuring that the latch of the charging gun is secured in the fast charging adapter's position.

3. The charging station will display a QR code. Please use WeChat/Alipay (Chinese version) to scan the QR code to enter the mini program, and press the charging button to start charging. After starting the charging, the fast charging adapter will take about 30-50 seconds to communicate with the charging station before charging can begin.

Note: After charging is complete, if you wish to use the fast charging adapter again, you must wait for the indicator light on the fast charging adapter to turn off for 3 seconds before pressing the button.

Binding Devices

1. Open the honnmono APP on your phone and scan the QR code on the side of the adapter.

2. Follow the app prompts to bind the device.

03. Update Firmware

1. Open the honnmono APP on your phone, go to the user page and click on version selection to enter the version page.

2. On the APP version page, click to switch for version update operations. Click the "Upgrade Now" button on the top of the page, read the popup prompt and click the "Confirm" button.

3. After reading the popup prompt, press the "Confirm" button, then press the power button of the adapter to initiate the connection update.

4. After the device update is complete, the APP will pop up a reboot prompt popup.

5. Press the power button of the adapter to download the firmware; during the download process, the indicator light will flash quickly. Wait for 30 seconds; when the indicator light goes off, it indicates that the firmware download is complete, and there will also be a popup prompt on your phone.

6. After the firmware download is complete, press the power button of the adapter to start installing the firmware. When the indicator light stops flashing, it indicates that the upgrade is complete.

Note: After OTA updates, the VIN code will be cleared, so after firmware installation, the mobile APP needs to rebind the adapter.

04. VIN Code Plug-in Charging Technology (Optional Use)

• Whether or not to use VIN code charging, the use of the adapter is not restricted and can be lent to an unlimited number of people without any restrictions on vehicle models.

• Every car has its own unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). To use VIN code charging, you need to register your VIN code information with the charging station brand and recharge your account. Because using the fast charging adapter, the charging station will directly connect to the fast charging adapter, rather than connecting directly to the car. Therefore, you can use the Honnmono APP to register/unregister the VIN code in the fast charging adapter.

• Currently supported brands for VIN code charging include: Xiaojucharging, Kaimaisi, Xingxing Charging, Southern Power Grid.

  
  

Note: Due to the difference between Hong Kong license plates and mainland China license plates, Xiaojucharging cannot register directly in its application. However, you can provide temporary vehicle entry proof, and we can help you with registration.

By following the above steps, you can successfully pair the fast charging adapter and use the VIN code plug-in charging technology. This technology is optional; once successfully paired, the use will not be restricted and can be lent to an unlimited number of people without any restrictions on vehicle models. VIN Code Notes

1. The VIN code plug-and-charge service requires vehicle authentication after registration in the charging station mini program to be activated.

2. Using the plug-and-charge service also requires scanning the product QR code on the adapter in the honnmono APP for binding.

3. The two VIN codes entered must match; otherwise, it may cause the charging station's plug-and-charge to fail.

4. After charging fails, do not remove the charging gun and the adapter together without separating them before reinserting into the vehicle charging port, as this may also cause the charging to fail.

5. When charging fails, the charging gun and adapter should be removed (the charging gun and adapter must be separated), and follow the sequence to first insert the adapter into the vehicle charging port before inserting the charging gun into the adapter.

6. When charging with the charging station, make sure the vehicle is parked within the designated area. If the cable is too long, causing the charging gun to be inserted into the vehicle charging port with the cable hanging, this may cause charging failures and damage to the vehicle charging port.

   
   

05.Attention

• Only use a dry cloth to clean.

• Avoid disassembly, dropping, or heavy impact.

• It is recommended that users first choose well-known charging station brands, e.g., Xiaojucharging, Fast Charging, Kaimaisi, Le Charging, Easycharge, Telecharge, etc.

• If charging fails, you can try other chargers in the station; many users report that some chargers may be faulty.

06. Warranty

This product is warranted for 2 years. If we find any signs of damage, misuse, operational errors, negligence, vehicle accidents, or modifications, the warranty will be voided. Our warranty covers only natural wear and tear.
