Return and Exchange Policy


1. Exchange for Defective Products

• If the product you received is defective, we will exchange it for the same item free of charge.

• Defective issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt and provide:

- Order Number

- Description of the defect

- Photos of the defect (if any)

• Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and ship out the replacement product.


2. Returns for Other Reasons

• Returns for non-defective reasons must be agreed upon by both parties.

• Customer service will confirm the reason for the return with you, and if consensus is reached:

- Provide a return authorization code

- Instructions for the return process

• Return Conditions:

- The product must be unused, with complete tags, and in good packaging

• Upon receiving the return and verifying it is correct, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.


Important Notes

• This policy only applies to products purchased directly from our company.

• **Shipping Costs Responsibility**:

- Defective products: covered by our company

- Other returns: to be borne by the customer

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.

• Our company reserves the right to modify the policy without prior notice.
